Business automation and AI integrations

Which workflow needs less manual handling?

We design automations connecting tools and business rules. AI is introduced when the task justifies it, with appropriate boundaries, evaluation and oversight.

Areas of work

Problems to solve

Information copied between tools, manually sorted documents or enquiries without follow-up create breaks in operations. Automating without understanding those steps can simply move errors elsewhere. The starting point is a defined workflow, its exceptions and the person responsible for supervising it.

Practical uses

Tool synchronisation

Pass a validated enquiry to a CRM or business system, with stable identifiers, duplicate handling and visibility into failures.

Assisted document processing

Extract or classify information when formats and rules support it. Human review is planned for ambiguous cases or decisions that require it.

An assistant on a defined corpus

Help find or rephrase information within authorised content. Corpus access, unsupported answers and updates need to be addressed in the design.

Approach

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

Identify triggers, data, tools, permissions and exceptions. Define what should remain manual.

  2. 02

    Build and evaluate

Connect APIs, test representative cases and compare deterministic processing with AI assistance where useful.

  3. 03

    Supervise continuity

Document failures, alerts and recovery. Plan integration maintenance and evaluation after changes.

What we can deliver

Process mapping, connectors or workflows, validation rules, test cases and documentation within the agreed scope. Secrets stay on the server. Tool subscriptions, model usage costs and supervision responsibilities are defined separately.

What shapes the project

API availability, rate limits, data quality, document sensitivity and execution frequency determine effort. For AI, usage cost, possible errors, provider terms and human review requirements form part of scoping.

Scoping questions

Is AI necessary for automation?

No. Rules and conventional connectors may be sufficient for structured tasks. AI is evaluated for less structured content or assistance, without making it mandatory.

What happens when an integration fails?

The process needs to make failure visible and support appropriate recovery. Retries, duplicates and exceptions are defined for the workflow; a sensitive action must not be repeated blindly.

Prepare the first conversation

Describe a repeated task, its inputs, the tools used and common exceptions. Do not send passwords, API keys or sensitive documents through the contact form.
